  • @wakeboarderchick13 18-20 mph and do you have a colored rope? or any lengths

  • @WakeBoarderMatt 18-20

  • I can already jump the wake (heel side and toe side) and land behind the boat and my rope length is 50-55 feet, and 18-20 mph, what do you think is a good speed and length for the rope to clear the wake?

  • @boobert091

    18-23 mph

you dont need to make your wake big until you have mastered clearing it. all its for is to give you more height and air time.

start with a short rope then when you get more confident, lengthen it until it is the biggest and nicest shape wake. dont go too far or you will be in the froth.

just put a few loops in the rope to make it shorter at first then use a longer loop when your more confident. hope this helps

  • how fast should the boat be going and is it easier with the ballast full or wedge down and how long of rope should i use

  • @nzmtber, ya, that's a really small wake. We use a natique (think thats how you spell it), and the wake it emits is freaking huge.

  • This is a great video! I found the best parts being Jeremy talking about what watch out for. Very good teacher

  • thanks for your tips,i;d say you put it the most simple way to understand of all the tips. you do make it look a hell of a lot easier than it is,guess thats why your a world champ.

  • IDK about this when i wake to wake i have to cut prity hard and pop guess it depends on the boat too progressive edge is the key imo
