In fairness, surely the only point of watching Lucky Star is if you have already seen (and enjoyed) Haruhi - otherwise the references would make no sense. Most people watching Lucky Star probably own the DVDs anyway (or watched online and have no intention of buying).
Plus, the whole series is a joke about how absurdly OTT Konata's fangirlism is - the message of the series is that anyone who buys ALL the merchandise is as out of their minds as she is. So...the opposite of what this video says!

@teubert2 i tend to buy my anime and manga from amazon and ebay i have a simalar in that there are specalized dvd stores in barrrow-in-furness england

@jinzo64 Europe, Denmark. I can only buy the dvds off ebay etc. To be honest, I have only seen anime dvds with Dragonball, Love Hina and Naruto in stores xD sucks lol
