@kevin316b4 yes she had just lost a lot of weight and she lost alot of her chest in the process. She had them "enhanced" a couple of years later.

@kvncttn Yup. This was a time where critics were saying that she traded her hour-glass figure in for a 3-minute egg timer... She was the new and improved Dolly. In getting her chest enhanced a few years later, she wanted that part to be the old Dolly again, without the 'heft' she used to have. I remember noticing her notable new chest on her 1990 Christmas special. It was quite obvious. Dolly is still great no matter what!
