At the salon where i work my boss always tell the clients the one true to promote hair growth for your locs is washing it and keping it moisturized and not playing with it and touching it so much. give it some time and dont focus on it so much and then a few months from now you gonna walk past a mirror...and do a double back and be like" dang! look at my hair! its mad long now."

yeah, I dont really take the biotin anymore, I did it for about a month and didnt see too much difference if any so...I aint trippin it was just trial and error.
