Team Fortress 2 Griefing - Classic

I found a directory full of old Team Fortress 2 griefing footage while I was refurbishing my old PC. I didn't realize how significant these clips were at the time.

In late 2007, Team Roomba released some legendary TF2 griefing videos that we think are hilarious:

At around the same time, I found a severe exploit in TF2 that allowed me to start a new round in the enemy spawn (shown in this video), which I referred to as "spawnbombing." I called it this because I play Demoman and originally used the exploit to put stickies all over the spawn.

FLOOR_MASTER of Team Roomba saw the videos I posted and contacted me so we could exchange TF2 exploits. I agreed to share, and just after he released the second video, we wound up griefing together a few times.

Since his PC was more powerful than mine, he said he would film the griefing and possibly use the footage for their upcoming third video. There were actually plans for a third griefing video from Team Roomba.

When FLOOR_MASTER wasn't around, I told him that I would record any griefing and send the demos to him for use as B-roll. Some of the footage wound up being hilarious (I think the teleporter traps could have made the final cut). Unfortunately, FLOOR_MASTER apparently had a falling-out with Team Roomba and never completed the third video. He removed a ton of people from his Steam friends, including me, and then people began spreading rumors that he had died in real life.

None of these clips actually show Team Roomba; we had an arrangement where I was going to send him demos taken in his absence.

Unless FLOOR_MASTER releases the footage from the unfinished third griefing video, this is all that remains. I hope he releases it. It was amazing. I was there.
