8 young musicians, 4 Dutch and 4 Brazilians, meet each other in the poor neighbourhoods in the North-East of Brazil. They see each other for the very first time, they come from different countries, from different cultures and speak a different language. But within these special three weeks all of them are equal. They don't even need a dictionary, because they communicate through the universal language of music. Together they make music, compose there own songs and create their own style: a brand new mix out of the best of the two countries: samba, rock, bossa nova, pop and reggae.
Within only 1 1/2 weeks the young musicians are able to perform and start their tour through the city of Fortaleza. They play in the poor neighbourhoods as well as in the rich. This opens the poor Brazilian musicians the incredible opportunity to play in locations where they are normally not even allowed to go in.
21 days of hard work, 21 days of music, 21 days of friendship for a lifetime...
