@bmewillow1985 I worked for the state of Arkansas prior to retiring and they purchased a Dixie Chopper after doing some research. The one they bought was a 39hp with a stainless steel frame and it was used to mow over 200 acres of land which it did with ease. It was the best mower they ever got for such a large area.

@fxob on my 09 the handles dont move back on there own and its not a defect you can drive this lawn mower with one hand

More like 25mph! I know for sure the top of the line dixie does at least 20mph. We don't use dixies but alot of my buddies do. We have a Base model Toro Zero turn that does 13mph top speed so I know the dixie devours that!

You would probably just slightly turn to right or left. If you pulled back on one you would start spinning.
