That was awesome!

First, let me say that I am an NRA member and think the NRA is a great organizations that is very effective in the Political Arena. Democrats fear them... that says a lot.

Second, Alan Gura is the Man! He has proven that he knows how to win cases. That says a lot!!!!

So... please NRA, keep fighting those politicians on capital hill... but let Alan Gura deal with the Supreme Court and any other courts he wants to.

The biggest problem with the Supreme Court is that the bad decisions are held as law just the same as the good ones. While they'll admit many cases were decided wrongly, they don't seem to have much of a call to action to correct them.

My lawsuit is moving quickly through the Tennessee Courts. I will hopefully be one of the few pro se cases that comes from a state supreme court to the United States Supreme Court.

Alan is probably one of the most level headed gun rights advocates in the world which makes him see the clear picture while everyone else *cough*NRA*cough* sees blood.
