HI. I know its a damn late reply. But I saw your comment today. About the IAEA bill, so glad to see yet another informed Indian. I would suggest you please read the 123 Agreement and the Hyde Act. I found great anomalies and as a student of International affairs, I know that diplomatically it would be extremely difficult to defend Indian interests should India sign the Nuclear deal in its present form.
