There is a BAN on drunk driving. There is a BAN on trans-fats in NYC and it is proposed in 12 states.
The issue is why then should society NOT PROTECT THE STUPID, youth or elderly who would drive drunk or eat irresponsibly to death? Why should we have idiots drive up our health care cost?
If in the 21st Century, healthcare is a RIGHT then knowingly placing yourself in harms way to BAD foods or bodily risks is WRONG AND expensive for all of us.
