"Hope" by Cyclamen(http://www.facebook.com/thiscyclamen) - 4th track of the debut album "Senjyu".

Footage taken on 18/09/2011 in Ishinomaki, 6 months after tsunami on 11/03/2011 that left huge damage in many places in Japan.

Ishinomaki was one of the worst hit area, and still very little has been done to rebuild the community due to the lack of initiatives from the government to establish the plan.
