Visiting a boarding school campus and observing class ranks right up there with the best things I do at AdmissionsQuest. Every time I walk away impressed not only by the caliber of discussion, but also by how open students & teachers are to an 'outsider intruding' (my words by the way) on their space during a busy class period.
During a recent visit to Dunn School (dunnschool.org/), I popped my head into a music class and captured a short video of the students rehearing a piece. Not one of the students missed a beat- no pun intended- as I stood there looking like a bit of a dolt. Hearing their practice was a real treat.
Many thanks to Dunn for inviting me to campus. I really enjoyed the visit.
