Maybe, instead of that Herbalife stuff, which is probably incredibly expensive, you could first try some easy things to get energy: enough fruit, some eggs (loaded with protein!), in case you're hungry: a granola bar of Sultana or whatever, instead of a cookie or chocolate, cause that's only sugar and gives you temporarily more energy but not enough. And most important of all: keep a rhythm. Not only when it comes to sleeping, but also when it comes to eating. Otherwise your body doesn't know

it took you 6 hours to clean the fridge :o weuw.
I always make friday afternoon my cleaning afternoon: laundry, vacuum and hourse chore. Generally it works :p

Cleaning is such a pain. But good for you for actually doing something about it!
Also, I just finished what I'm going of VAGED, so thanks again for the idea!

VAGED being a circle would suck. I all ready had clothes piling up, but I wore them, which got them off the floor :D

... when to expect food, so it doesn't anticipate that. Maybe that works?

The fun thing is, I'm getting more of a rhythm lately and I seem to be able to handle more :-). Thnx for the tips, I really appreciate your lenghty comments :-)
