  • site or blog?

  • @cantosprofanae Well, I don't know. I actually have a copy and I think it's a decent watch. Not exactly something I would recommend for you 5 year old niece or anything.

  • @awilli182 i admire ur view. and i totally agree with u man. a good example of bad animated films is sinbad. fuckin amasing animation, bad voice acting and story

  • @cantosprofanae Look man, I have to tell ya, I love 2-D animation too! But not all 3-D animation is crap. It all depends on if the overall story holds up and if the art work is spot on. I strongly believe that it is healthy for all animators to have an appreciation for all animation. Not to knock those idiots that are all like" Yeah! Anime is the best in the word!! Everything else suck" (Feel free to punch him) Oh and yes, I'm not all that crazy about Avatar either.

  • @awilli182 thats just your apinion dude. theres a wide audiance of people who love traditional animation. its just not as populer as it use to be. let me break something to you. i am an animation student also. and i believe 3d animation is a pile of shit. avatar fuckin sucked. sorry to brake it to you

  • sweet jesus why arent u working for disney

  • Your work is fantastic. Definently not a fine line between SCHOOL TAUGHT, and pure talent - you just cant achieve this without BOTH!

  • this level of skill with traditional animation would translate well in a 3d environment and make work stand out. if i were hiring at a major studio this would be a crucial attribute i would want to see in a 3d animator. i see more life and style in these demonstrations then i see coming out of computer animation schools. someone that has the ability to make well illustrated story boards and animate high quality pencil tests would be a huge asset and show in the finished product.

  • @leemoore I gotta break it to ya. I am an animation student and if there is one thing I learned after three years, it's this- 2-D animation is slowly becoming 2-Dead! If you look at the movies now, everything is is 3-D! I think it's almost getting to the point where anything animated traditionally is automatic crap! I t sucks balls but that's the truth!

  • amazing demo. You have a very fluid style of animating. Just curious, do people in the industry still animate like this? With paper and pencil I mean? Or do they use pen tablets?
