ToggleGUARDTM Technology is a patented process that links your card account to your cell phone. An account is always inactive until a cardholder activates their card (toggle on) before making a transaction by sending a simple text message with their cell phone. When a transaction attempt is made with an inactivate card, the transaction will be declined and the cardholder will receive a text message indicating their card is being used. Cardholders can review the transaction details and activate their card for recognized activity to re-try the transaction. If it is unauthorized activity, the card should be kept inactive and the cardholder can call the merchant and report the fraudulent use of their card.
