Benfits of,Cacao

Magnesium Chromium best source of Antioxidant Vitamines B1,B2, B6, C, and E fiber iron, niacin, phosphorus. Therobromine: Phenylethylamine

```Love`` or ``happy`` chemical, the brain releases Anandaminde a neurotransmitter known as the ``bliss`` chemical. Tryptophan, Essential amino acid. is neccessary for thte production of serotonin, a major neurotransmitter.
Cocao contains all those nutrients ^tryptophan, B3 and B6 and magnesium`¨
¨regular consuption of cacoa ensures healthy serotonin levels.
Serotonin is our `Stress-defense Shield`and typically lowers anxiety and increases our ability to fend off stress!!
Tryptoophan contains significant quantities of the essential amino.
Abtaining tryptophan in the diet is neccessary for the producation of Sertonin, a major neurotransmitter.
Tryptophan reacts with vitamins B3 and B6 and in the presence of magnesium, serotonin is produced.
Since cacao contains all those nutrients tryptophan B3 B6 and magnesium, regular consumption of cacao insures healthy serotonin levels.
it is naturally a `stress defense shield`and typically lowers anxiety and increases our ability to fend off stress.
also triggers production of other tryptomine neurotransmitters such as Melatonin, and dimethyltrpramine DMT, both of which are associated with sleep.
Tryptophan is highly heat volatile and is usually destroyed or severely damaged by cooking so have it Raw!!
  • 1 1/2 ripe avacado 2 prunes 3 dates soft ones or you have to soak them for a few hours to make them soft blend it first soften a bit..
    then, add 1 banana add 4 heaping tablespoons of dark org cacao, pure vanilla extract one capfull dash of nutmeg, dash of cinamon, pinch of cyanne pepper, dash of ginger, few dashes of salt. 2 large heaping tablespoons of organic honey or blue agave if you like it better, then organic coconut milk 4 tablespoons add more if needed after blending.
  • @KabbalahSherry sister im sure when the kids get settled in Sept, you can make time to use the bread maker, i believe in you...lol..plus, you dont n need the food procesor you can make by hand, without the dates and prunes, just raw cocao, avacado mashed more honey for sweetnesss, spices and the coconut milk,,should be find too and try to find a processor at the thrift store i seen one last week here couple bucks, then you can make other easy things, pates purees stuff..love to you sis Peace.xo
  • Awesome recipe! I agree with "talkalot" that it doesn't look "easy" to make however. (lol)
    I think this is because I am such a terrible cook, and so things that seem "easy" to you, are really, REALLY hard for people like me, who don't have some of the appliances that you have!
    Plus... even if I had all those appliances... I wouldn't know how to work 1/2 of them! (lol) I've still got that bread maker that I bought 3 months ago, and haven't made bread yet!
    I'm fired, huh? (:-P
  • doesn't look easy but seems tastey
