the guy who won seemed to know what he was doing.. but there were alot of bad stances - alot of people were bending forward - there spine was not straight & the head also needs to be sliglhtly forward so as to straighten the top part of the spine.. I aslo noticed that everyone just sat on the grass after the practice, if you do that, the strength you gain melts away.. youve got to jump, knees to chest 10 times at least after you finish.. practice does not make perfect, only perfect practice does

Hi @marcoschmitt, thanks for your comments. They are not my students. They are students of my students. That's why you see riding horse positions 'different' (some practice HungGar other Praying Mantis)
