That idea can really set you guys apart than the regular(but great) google stuff that you guys bring in. We can design applns specific to a comm that will make some more popular. Make it easier to create appln. Its ok if u guys start with a lame beta version of orkut application creator wizard n improve on it. Orkut's strength remains its communities. I can find the rest elsewhere. So improve on you strengths. I loved the previous change in orkut. Looking fwd for an invite to this 1.

I hear it is faster & better now.
The thing that really took me away from orkut was its speed and the boring old comms. I don't like scrolling so I want my profile to be more compact, I dont like the gap on the top in all pages. I wish you could think of something in comms to make it more active. I don't have anything specific in mind. I noticed many comms have this game thread. Maybe allow the mods to put in a game appln into our comm so only its members can play in it against each other

Communities also have better admin rights/customization options.
