This footage was captured on a hot day in August '07. Some friends were riding an old, abandon swimming pool inside a public park in New Castle, Pennsylvania, when a gentleman took time out of his day to place them under citizen's arrest for trespassing in a public park. They would have received less persecution if they were crackheads. FTP

It seems like PA is full of crusty old folks who have forgotten how to have fun. That's why a number of towns have cancelled trick-or-treating in PA. Seriously, who ever heard of a town cancelling Halloween?

@OverRunWithSons Also, in this case, the man in question was behaving very disrespectfully towards these youths. He even makes threatening remarks, and video can be a powerful form of protection from abuse. Recording someone in a public park who is behaving badly is not disrespectful.

@OverRunWithSons Words are not inherently offensive. What is offensive to some, may not be offensive to others. I am certain that you unknowingly use words that are offensive to someone, somewhere (e.g. I used the slang term "gyp" my whole life before knowing it was a derogatory term for Gypsy). If you CHOOSE to be offended by a word, that is your problem. I find nothing respectful about expecting everyone to conform to your narrow set of moral standards.
