i need help, i can get myself to actually flip but i cant get the rotation down and keep landing on my knees, i know i need to rotate more but cant get it down, any tips?

Good video to help beginners but as a usag certified gymnastics coach theres many incorrect things in this video

@killinhomer Oh, and just watching tutorials doesn't mean that you know how to do it. If you know how to do it-you would be able to do a back flip and wouldn't be asking for help now...

@killinhomer Of course there is a chance that you will land on your neck-especially if you have no experience whatsoever of a back flip!! It is Helpful to try in a trampoline first. Then once you've mastered a full back flip on the trampoline and land it 100% of the time, then you may try it on the floor. Most people land on their neck because they have no AERIAL AWARENESS whatsoever. But the best way to learn it is to join Gymnastics.

Can anyone help me? When you do your first ever backflip, doing the technique correct, is there the possibility that you could land on your neck? I know how to do it, I've seen many tutorials, but I'm scared that I'll land on my neck? (btw I'm trying it on grass)
