@Smackbox Damn man 5.58 for an erg 2k....thats crazy good, im a light guy so i wouldnt even be able to pull 1k at that rate id say....well maybe with training

Well in mate, everyone is so happy for you. Maybe try lifting something big next time, or some other completely pointless physical task that earns you some meager amount of recognition among your olympic peers. It happens every 4 years for a reason, because nobody gives a shit.
-
ok this is good but not a big deal for me (5'9'' and 68 kg), so it shouldn't be for him too. And he is running no hills no sharp turns .... so This pace is just normal!

You should gain some weight and muscle. At your weight you are almost a coxwain. I'd say get up to 70 kg and then work from there. I'm 6'1" 17 and 85 kg and pull a 6:24 so at your current height and weight really concentrate on breaking 7

correction: "...In fact I'm so certain that you wouldn't give ME the keys that..."
-
No you wouldn't. In fact I'm so certain that you wouldn't give you the keys that if you did I would give you the keys not only to my house but also return the keys to your mama's house.
a 39 minute 10km run for a 99kg man is an amazing feat of endurance and aerobic capabilities.
Most men who run a 39 minute 10km would be closer to the 65 - 75kg weight range.
