@dmanfan420 drilling does not cause any of the above mentioned problems, clearly you are drinking the environmental kool-aid, hope it was tasty.

Thank Dick Cheney and the congress who exempted fracing companies from the clean aitr and water act. He leaned on them for exemption in 2005 and they caved.

and deny them health care by making Medicare and Medicaid too expensive to afford !!!! No food and nod doctors and NO MEDICINE for old people, that's the REPUBLICAN WAY and NO MONEY TO LIVE on. DUMP REPUBLICANS !!!!

@vizman66 how limited on information are you? You support companies contaminating air and water and aren't even profitting from it! lol that's pretty sad all around!!!

We are trying in the Finger Lakes to stop this from happening. It makes me sick to see the land once so beautiful changed for the rest of my life. Is Pennsylvania doing great now with all these so called jobs. Are there no more poor people and is everyone living a lot better? And is everyone able to say this is benefiting all and not just a few greedy landowners?

@drunkywolf I also grew up here and have been here longer than you. Go crawl back under the rock from which you came from. It looks like you really need to do so.
For all the people commenting in defense of th gas companies "I'm just trying to make a living" I say shame on you. Do you not have souls? Did you guys do any research b4 working for billion dollar corporations with a bad track record of pollution, epa&dep violations, and water contamination lawsuits? What about people in towns that didn't sign leases and have wells in their area, and flammable tap water? What about the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Safe Drinking Water Act exemptions?
