I am seriouslly looking into getting a lapband and have been going through the process of insurance and stuff at this point, but I just wanted to say watching your videos makes me feel confident in doing this. WAY TO GO! by the way I was wondering how tall are you? (sorry random question) Because your starting weight at surgery is about where I am now. Well keep up the awesome work! And thanks for all the amazing advice!

WOW girl, you are melting away on us :) hehe! Good job! Very proud of you! I love the 100 calorie packs of the almonds..very neat! Have that on my list to go and find! hehe! Awesome samples! I soo need a switch up on vitamins..so sick of the ones I am taking, lol! Great video :)
