haha yeah i know about that red ring of death, so im going with the wii then thanks for helping me make up my mind ^^ so what are the must have games?

If graphics, online and FPSs are number one to you, then definately get a 360, but keep in mind they never fixed the Red Ring of Death (a bug that eventually kilsl your 360). Wii has a lot of great games and a lot of awful games, so definately do your research, but I currently have 14 Wii games and I'd call 13 of them must-haves.
