because this guy is an outright directional trader. what u r talking about is spread trading, this is when direction doesnt matter

This is amazing. I paper trade the same contracts, on eSignal, using a very similar strategy. I call it "Sister Divergence", just watching two-to-four similar markets and working out the top reversal off their behaviour. I even used DAX v. Bunds to predict each other.
Its early, but I was thinking about programming this into mechanical system.
