@intelinsideTV Its a boot drive. Its meant for OS X and Applications only. I have a firewire 800 1TB drive as my main storage drive. I keeps all my videos, music, photos, etc.
Booting to this drive allows the OS to run at great speed without cutting into your wallet. Its a great alternative to buying a large SSD.
