The Gimp Animated UserBar Tutorial

Well someone asked me how can he make an animated userbar, ofc it can be by different ways and you can make different things from your userbar to move, i choosed this one because its simple, just the text is animated, also i must say any .gif extension on what is based is on multiple layers that goes one after another... as u can see in this tutorial.
I made it simple i didnt extended to add effects and more stuff also the size u choose it i choose this one because its easier to deal with it XD.

@lcarlos0 I meant animating the *image* not text. Anyways, I've figured that and a shitload of other stuff alongside.

Yeah, animating the text or that opacity thing is easy, but how do you animate it so that the image is scrolling from up to down, etc?
