I fail to see how any Congress can give up American property rights either by law or by treaty without a constitutional amendment. We need some cases challenging the constitutionality of some of the EPA regs.

The environment involves every aspect of your life: the air you breathe, the food you eat, the materials in which your house was built!!!!!
