Being on my bike didn't help the fact that I was in an alleyway, facing away from the road... and I had a runny nose.

@PoliceAmbulanceFire Thanks haha, I think it's an NHS one, probably BX58 XNW. I've seen it a couple of times and the other 2 photos, apart from mine, on Flickr are were taken at a hospital in this area... The flickr photo that I took of it was in Chelmsford town centre, not too far away.
