@pjd412 JB is ACTIVELY standing w/Occupy. At her age & w/her past it is a lot to expect from a human being (even a THOUGHTFUL & active human being she is)! Let's respect her for what she's done & what she stands for!

@gardenerd77 i don't think so.She wrote the song in 1975 and it tells about something that happened ten years before, i.e.in 1965.Thta's when she and Dylan broke their sentimental relationship.

Great performance as always. She always tugged at my heartstrings, and I get choked up whenever I hear her, which in most media, is almost never. I just wish that this performance was done in an environment that gave her performance, the dignity it deserves.

I am so happy to see her sing again after her sister passed away from cancer. I heard she sings in get togethers in the bay area. I just wish i got invited to one once. She is the voice of a generation that still lives and thrives in the Northern California.

I was originally intorduced to Joan Baez because of Judas Priest many years ago.
Always the voice of an angel.
Simply amazing.

Pay heed, foolish audience, for Joan is a Platonic ideal.

Apparently she was sick.

@Rossonero072213 She's sad because she's having to compete with sirens, traffic noise, airplanes, a techno sound system, and people constantly chattering in the background.
Such a smooth, nostalgic, beautiful song... This version is perhaps the best... I like 'honesty' in her performances... She's such a great artist.. She will be remembered always, as an artist, but also as a humanitarian... Anywhere she goes, she brings a PEACE in her music... Thank You Joan Baez! And thanks to the person who put this on YT!!

Her mother is still living well into her nineties and her father died only a couple years ago, so I think aging well runs in the family. Also, I think she has taken a lot better care of herself than most artists - less drugs, eating well, carving out a more balanced and spiritual life (she is a Quaker).
