Diablo 1 should have the same ending since its always the warrior that transformed into Diablo in Diablo 2. The Rogue turned into Blood Raven and the Sorcerer turned mad and went to the Arcane Sanctuary

@platonicx Well I think you'll find good sir that the Wanderer is proved to be Crowned Prince Aidan, Leoric's oldest son AND a warrior in his army.... Blizzard confirmed it themselves, so it will always be the warrior ;) The 'summoner' is the Sorcerer from the first game, whilst Blood Raven is the Rogue. So HA my theory has been proved ;) Besides, I think it would be AWESOME if the first Act of Diablo 3 is pretty much a re-run through the Cathedral and Catacombs in Tristram. Image the Butcher...

@Akaitsuki85 emmm.Horizon is a horodrim possibly being locked in arcane sanctuary for centuries and Blood raven is srsly a general of the sisterhood of the sightless eye not jsut a random rogue. Nice theory crafting though. Bliizard(thank god) Doesnt always exactly follow the story lines as far as player characters go. Also why do u think the hero being corruted by soulstone in D2 has to be a warrior. Afterall it was just a "Wanderer"
