I think she had a realization that Bill's honesty might even alienate the viewer of her TV show... So she just take the imaginary 'viewer' side.

Dont know what suddenly happened to the woman interviewer, but her "drawing the line" ended what was a rare and beautiful bit of footage showing the humanity of the Great Bill Hicks. Painful to watch, because you wish Bill was still around to document what the hell is going on in the way only Bill could.

can I recommend some jugglers that you might like?
Quanta intelligenza e quanta umanità!
E quanto ci manchi!
Bill was great! Great interview! Although that english chick was a bit out of line saying that he ought to change his act to appeal to a bigger audience! I guess that shows that there are idiots in other countries, and in England! I think one should express themselves to first please themselves, not everybody else. If you happen to please some along the way, and it builds your career, great! But if some don't like it, they don't have to watch it again, do they? Great video, M0T1!

@SteevDragon67
thank you very much! I appreciate ;-)
that's absolutely right: it's obvious that a comedian ('cause this is the case, but it could be a musician or whatever) wants to please the most people he can, but when this becomes your primary focus then you're not yourself anymore. you become like a slave to the audience and you would do everything (things you don't believe in, commercials etc.) just to "acquire" new people and make more money. Bill didn't do this and he STILL IS great!
