  • Definitely one of the best and most underrated songs of the 80s. I loved Philly in the 80s--South Street, Zipperhead, J.C. Dobbs, buying records at 3rd Street Jazz (and Rock).

  • I remember when the local dance show "Dancing On Air" on channel 17 in Philly played this song a lot....mainly because Robert Hazzard was from that area.

  • Weird. I have had this song stuck in my head hte last few days after 30 years of not recalling it.

    Creepy song.

  • @red03mitsu Honk!

  • It came out in 1982. 1 of 5 lp's he released back in the early 80s. And really the only new wave/pop music he did. the rest outside the 5 lps was more country music.

  • This video makes me remind what real life is all about, always. Thanks for this first class post !!!!

  • i used to live in mystic island in the early 80s and would go see them at blondies every time they would come around one of my favorite bands of all times does anybody remember the name of the band with the female lead singer that played there all the time they were great to

  • Anybody know what year exactly this came out? I 'm pretty sure it was either 82 or 83. Great tune and DEFINITELY a protest tune AGAINST the excess Reagan 1980's. Good stuff.
