Started LDN 3.0 MG 4/17/2003 for MS; my dad started 4.5MG 3/07 when DX with cancer & given SIX months to live, he just turned 87; my bro started it 5/07 for sarcoidosis.
People who have received organ transplants and who therefore are taking immuno-suppressive medication on a permanent basis are cautioned against the use of LDN because it may act to counter the effect of those medications.
The use of calcium carbonate as a filler will interfere with absorption of the LDN capsule. Therefore, it is suggested that calcium carbonate filler not be employed in compounding LDN capsules. Either Avicel, lactose (if lactose intolerance is not a problem), or sucrose fillers as useful fast-release fillers cana be used.
@kristenBeck that your neurologist wouldn't help you with this makes me CRAAAAZY. I can only assume because its neurological that its serious for you. I have such disdain for most docs. I have RA and just found out about LDN and will be doing battle with my docs real soon. I'd love to hear how you're doing. Lori
I'm about to start LDN so have been reading a lot about it. This video is great!! Thank you so much, especially for the tips on charting results at different dosage levels.

Great video, and I love the idea of working with your primary care physician. My neurologist of 15 years wouldn't do it. : ()
