@joeistight do you happen to have a list of mods on that thing? I can see a lot of obvious fiberglass work, but did you guys set up a boom vang (kicker) or anything on the mainsheet?
I've got a Puffer too and am trying to set it up a bit better for serious sailing. Do I see elastic for a trapeze??
