My tricking is horrible, but this is good start. Try to work on some spins and twists. I would go with a 540 kick and butterfly twist starting out. Try to incorporate the environment into your videos. That will complicate things and give you more experience. Make sure you work on accuracy. If you want to be a free runner it is really about your own style thrown into tricks, but just make sure everything is safe and clean. Once summer hits I can show you all of what I can do :P

SHITTTTT!!!! Dizzy yet? i tryed doing a cartwheel into a bridge and failed.... im gonna stop trying to be flexible and stick to my board breaking NINJA STYLES!!!! .... might vid some of my and my mates breaking wood, concrete and uh anything my can find i guess... Bare foot & hand of course... haha im only 14 dont need to be old to be tough any way AWESOME TRICKS id love to learn but id prob die trying so haha leave the flipping to you aye :D
