Excuse me, his name is Rupert Sheldrake, and if this subject interests you, check out his book THE PRESENCE OF THE PAST which I found incredibly stimulating and thought-provoking, tho his theories are dismissed as "metaphysics" by mainstream scientists. Everything is metaphysics until we learn to detect and measure it ...

This is closely-related to the English biologist Robert Sheldrake's controversial but fascinating theory of "morphic resonance". Scientists tend to dismiss Sheldrake, but I think he may be onto something really big ... mainstream scientists' presumption that we have detected all forms of electromagnetic waves is pretty naive. That's what scientists thought a century or two ago, too, and they were very wrong.
