I had a similar problem with mine - the dealer and supplier in Western Canada sent new
parts and corrected this problem under warranty

@DavidMiall01 Thanks for the follow up David. Yes, as the bike was only a few days old, it was exchanged for another one, which I have had for over a Month now, and had no problems with. Sam.
