If you know me you probably know I love the absolutely crazy stylings of my pal, theshredder. Not insofar as these kind of videos have any great musical merit, but more in line with that they are pretty irreverent.

A phone conversation with my brother today implanted the need to do this video in the back of my mind and it ate away at me until I just had to produce it. I am really sorry for you viewers :(.

However, I did have a lot of fun doing this as I did with the Lolo video. I actually had a pretty positive response to the Lolo video both on youtube and from friends. That was unprecedented, and even more so that they wanted me to do another.

I really didn't want to, but I guess I was looking for an excuse. And this was a song that was already pretty sweaty and I could make sound extra ridiculous. So theshredder, it's pretty bad that my production rate now outpaces yours. Get some new videos up, man! :)

  • YESSSSS!

Good to see you doing another music cover. I hope you will do more yet. ;)

The illustration is excellent and made me lol before it even started. The music is fantastic and innovative with the dual recordings meshed together.

It is pretty shameful that you're doing more videos than me now, but at least someone is keeping the spirit alive.

New videos are still planned, so watch out for them!

  • @theshredder This is probably the last. Of course I say that now, but I can't see me doing another in the foreseeable future ha ha. I will most definitely be watching for them!

  • cotdamn, eat your heat out Moxy Fruvous!! This rock-a-pella go hard in the whip nah'mean??? :) The lush double tracking (?) made me wonder if it was a dual tech by both you and teh shredda. Actually that might be a compelling experiment to pull shred out of this production slump. Each of you record vox and mix them togedder ;) Anyway as per usual, great illustration and this version might actually sound better than the woeful original :)

  • @wallaceuber Yeah son, there's multiple tracks herein. However, they are all me.

  • liked and favorited. a true work of art!

  • @Rael0505 And also a dieing breed. I remember when these videos came with relative frequency V_V. Alas, a golden age has ended and I am but a lonely sentry trying to keep the old peace.

  • @Stafy lol, you do a good job at it, though. :)

  • @wallaceuber There's actually a project that we were working on together that should have come out a long time ago, but due to certain circumstances, was put on indefinite hold.

That sounds like a good suggestion, though.

  • Probably the best cover of any song ever.

  • @Stafy such noble efforts!
