Green Light (Ukulele Tutorial)

This is a tutorial for the version of Green Light that I played on the John Legend video. I don't know really how to make a tutorial, but whatever, have at it.

what tuning?

Standard reentrant tuning. CGEA. Open C6 chord. However you may call it. just the normal uke tuning.

that's pretty much just an open Am7. You can fret A3 if you like. Then it goes to Bm7/A which I voice as G0,C2,E2,A0. Then the rest should be familiar.

ha ha that's a good question. I pretty much go up and down and the strong beats get downs and the weak beats get ups. so most of the syncopation is up strokes.

So I guess...

D U D U U D U D U D D??? XD yeah perhaps for greenlight, it's better to feel it. It has that driving feel so just go up and down and if you don't want a note to sound... don't hit the strings! hell, make up any pattern you want!
