Shouldn't it be T-Downs? Since you make the T-shape at the bottom :P Just kidding, good job Scott!

Hey how can i strengthen my lower back. i feel pain whenever im doing situps. thanks

Hey Scott, I recently discovered your videos on youtube and I must say I love them. You have a great personality and you explain everything very well. I just started today doing your burn set as a first set technique, followed by 2 sets of 6-8 reps as heavy as I can and it feels great. You can really feel your muscle and the pump it gets. I did shoulders and abs today and my shoulders burned like hell.
For what muscles should I do a burn set for my first set?

Hey Scott, are there any other alternatives to replace the seat for this workout ? Like just in case the gym is packed with people and this machine is occupied. Haha. Could use a good tip. ))
These seem ok, just wondering how this affects lower back since situps are HORRIBLE for lowerbacks. Scott, do you do sidebends for olbiques, its what i usually do. Just wondering.

@pkhamidar2com they are not "horrible" for your lower back... that is a muscle that needs to get stronger just like any other! :)
