A shell misfired, sending a fireball into a crowd of people. Rafael Nadal ended Roger Federer's five years of dominance at Wimbledon, beating the top-ranked player.   • Vehicles can be engineered to be in essence "low level atmosphere vacuum cleaners" or as I like to call it "V.A.C." " Vehicle Assembled Carbohydrates, As cars travel the roads they intake carbon, assemble sugars and store them, or burn them, anyway the wind could be still which is a problem for stationary carbon capture devices, but a relative wind will always exist if such a VAC design were implemented , not even considering airflows generated around Interstates which pull in surrounding air.
