The Soup on E! features my school board commercial!

On November 9th 2007 the first commercial that I produced for my school board campaign was featured on E! Entertainment Television's hit series THE SOUP! Here it is... at least until I probably get hit with another "copyright infringement" claim (hopefully not :-)

Seriously though: I'm very honored that E! and the staff of THE SOUP thought that this was funny enough to include on their show, and I thought that Joel McHale's commentary was hilarious!

A friend from college wrote me after the first broadcast to tell me about it. I got to see it during the rebroadcast a few hours later. I thought it was great! Personally, the best part about it is that Rockingham County got a shout-out to millions of people. Now EVERYONE knows how wacky we are here :-)

The commercial had a serious message to it, but I chose to convey that message in a hopefully memorable way. I haven't minded at all that people have laughed at it. You've GOT to be able to laugh at yourself a bit :-)
