The BPI Network and CMO Council sat with Stanley Lech to understand how GSK brings new, innovative products to market without sacrificing operational infrastructure or customer expectations.

Lech has 25 years of Consumer Product and Pharmaceutical industry experience. In June 2009, Stan received the prestigious award of "2009 Visionary" from Consumer Goods Magazine. In his current role, he is responsible for driving innovation and product delivery through exceptional R&D strategy that is closely integrated with the business drivers. He's responsible for a 4 billion dollar portfolio of global brands within OTC, Oral Care, Medical Devices and Rx to OTC switches. These include brands such as Aquafresh, Sensodyne, Polident, Nicoderm/Commit, alli, Breathe Right and Panadol. His teams span the geographies of the US, UK, Germany, India, and China.
