Core Ball Sandwich is from One On One with Tony Horton. This is a 40 minute workout. You do 10 moves, then repeat them. I was crazy today and decided to bring it and do a 3rd round today, so it was around a 65 minute workout for me, and a burnt 580 calories. I just put the 1st round of the workout on the video so you can see all the moves well, but I repeated all of that 2 more times.
This workout is somewhat similar to P90X Core Synergistics, but this workout uses more balance and stability moves and has less cardio. There are also advanced pull ups in this workout which I really like. Tomorrow is going to be a well deserved and needed rest day for me.

Is this workout good for the chest and the lats or is mostly a core workout?

It's a great whole body workout. Every exercise involves your core, but you also work your lats during the pull ups and chest during the push ups. This is one of my favorites and I highly recommend it.
