Power walking meditation, a superior walking exercise adapted from Taoist exercise practices (a synthesis of many Baqwa systems) and the ancient book, the I-Ching. Turning the waist and using circular arm movements while walking open the body and increase the flow of chi in the body much like Feng Shui does with our surroundings, a walking treadmill can't compete.
