A lot of peoples (I won't say any names but, again, I am referring to you up on line eight) that says 'Eliwood will only get his kid if he marries Ninian'... Lemme see, why, in all of Sacae, Lycia, Ilia, Bern and all the other places (I forgot the names, shut up) would it ONLY be with her? Because it isn't. No matter WHOM he marries, he gets a son named Roy.

I interesting that this was a pairing that I supported while I was starting out in FE7. (At that time, I was spoiled a bit, so I thought Eliwood X Ninian was a somewhat like Cloud X Aerith.) But then, certain story events converted me to Eli X Nini (and Hector X Lyn).

I still like this pair though, despite not supporting it.

Funny thing is : If you pair Eliwood with Fiora, and Hector with Farina, then, in fire emblem 6, you pair Roy with Lilina, you got some marvelous incest love... xD

Personally speaking I'm an Eliwood/Lyndis fan myself. It was stated in FE 6 that dragons reproduced very slowly and Ninian is a half dragon so it should be similar of maybe half dragon could be like mules for all we know and are unable to reproduce.

Plus Sophia who is a part dragon in FE6 has a cameo in FE7 and she still looks the same. If Roy is a quarter dragon he would have aged very slowly and still look like I don't know a small boy.

But that jusy me being rational and over analyzing

@DarthChuckwa I'd say calling the Lyn X Rath pair "neater" subjective. I don't think they're a good fit myself. And I.S. could have easily gave Rath another female support with an ending and should've done so.

@shinagamizaraki Because I.S. likes (or liked) to slip some cousin incest past the radar. But if you ask me, at least Fiora has some concrete reasoning behind it. (Doesn't mean I support it though.) Farina and Florina? I actually feel like I.S. decided to give Hector two Ships That Pass in the Night just for the heck of it, if making Lilina X Roy a cousin incest pair isn't their main reasoning that is.

Just realized something. Why did, the Fire Emblem creators allow Fiora, Florina and/or Farina to each end up with a lord siring two children who many support the pairing of in the previous game? It's like they're saying "Hey, you now support a relationship between two potential cousins, you freaks."

Ah well, I'm cool with any of the possible pairings in this game, or in FE6.
