  • OWS wants the whole economic structure brought down.

  • @Markunator I don't think you can speak for everyone in the OWS and neither can HowTheWorldWorks. I think you both made that mistake here. It's not a homogeneous group and some will agree with what you said however others just want money that they did not earn or extreme taxes. IMO the whole thing is just badly organized and a complete failure.

The camping in the park, the violence etc.

And I'm from Europe and I know what he's talking about. EU is just as bad as the US and will collapse.

  • I watched this and then saw bunch of the comment below saying OWS was for this or that and some people gave so many random reasons it seems like they're all pulling it out of their behind. Look regardless of what they were protesting (and for you liberals what the tea party did) the way they went about it was wrong, disgusting, and purely inethical. Justify it all you want it OWS was a complete mess of people who have no idea what they were doing. I don't mind protest, but it should be civil.

  • @Markunator

There's your backwards inbred mentality right there. You'd fit in perfect with the "occupiers." So the police are bad and you feel you have a right to crap on their car. Hopefully you have a light lunch if a cop gives you a ticket. Not all police are violent thugs. That's like someone saying all Irish are drunks. You can't put them all in the same boat. We call that prejudice. As for rapes, do your own research. But if you continue to insist, I'll be happy to post links

  • @NoamTube Well, the police in the US are violent thugs, they deserve to have their cars get crapped on. Rapes? WTF are you talking about? Where's your proof? And if you want to know exactly HOW they swindled their customers, I give you this:

  • @Markunator

By the way, the occupiers got pepper sprayed when they started fighting with cops after being told to leave PRIVATE PROPERTY. I'll pepper spray someone without even a second's thought if they are on my property and refuse to leave. Or maybe it was the rapes, vandalism, theft, or the ever classic, defecation on a police car that caused them to get pepper sprayed.

  • @Markunator

I'm very aware of the definition of the word. If I get a loan for say $100,000, I'm sure the bank will tell me what my monthly payment will be. I then look at my current expenses and my income and see if I can handle that. No? Then I don't take the loan. Simple. Exactly what is it that was dishonest on the bank's end of this deal? Did they send bills that didn't reflect payment agreed upon? Was the loan inflated? Explain how they specifically swindled them.

  • @NoamTube Maybe you don't know what the word "swindle" means. They make people THINK they can afford it and then they end up being under a mountain of debt. And I'm sorry, you can't justify a crime by saying that the victim should've been better protected. These OWS protesters simply had enough, they put their foot down and told the unscrupulous fatcats on Wall Street that they weren't gonna take it anymore. And what did they get for it? Pepperspray. Of course!

  • @selfsenter

I guess you missed the people who wanted their loans forgiven and wiped clean just because they didn't want to pay it back. Or my favorite, the dummies demanding a barter system of payment. If that's what OWS was against as you claim, I don't really see evidence of that. What I did see was people ruining parks and shitting on cop cars. Nice way to get a point across...

  • @Markunator

Swindle people to take loans they can't afford? If I can't afford something that, say costs 10,000 dollars, I don't buy it. Nobody can "trick" me into taking a loan out if I know I can't afford it. No, it's those dumb homeowners who took loans out knowing they can't afford it swindling the banks. Banks in turn were forced to hand out these loans. So how is it a banks fault for trusting someone to pay a loan bank when said loanee knows there's no way he/she can do that?

  • I want to send them a spicy shower. PEPPUH SPRAY!
