Actually 200. Israel does NOT block humanitarian aid, except when the food and medicine is (so often) mixed with bullets and detonators and the aid workers are infiltrated by the ISM. And the humanitarian aid would not have been needed if Gazans had the farms, greenhouses and factories the Israelis left intact for them in 2005 However, Iran's proxy, Hamas, destroyed all of these to create a terror state.
