Can I still get this mod? If so ware at? And if this is a zero hour mod will it work sense I have cac decade? If it's a tiberium wars mod that yeah I can use it. Please let me know!

the power plant's turbines are too far away from it. same with the nod power plant's mini reactors. the buildings are really spot-on except for a few small details. It just looks a bit awkward to me, but I'm still really anticipating this!
